medical worker	Health service takes care of preventive medecine and therapeutical treatment of inmates. A new inmate is admitted to the Institute according the usual procedure: a social worker has a conversation with an inmate and after that a general practitioner examines him or her.
As a part of preventive medicine inmates are vaccinated, food is adapted to their age group, their living space is disinfected and it is also done extermination of insects.	gynecology and stomatology policlinic
one room- two policlinics	Medical team consists of a general practicionar, a medical technician, a neuropsychiatrist and an internist. Medical specialis -consultants are also engaged. They are: a psychiatrist, a neuro psychiatrist, an internist, a gynecologist and a stomatologist.
Medical staff has a lot of difficultis to do the job well - they work with very old fashioned instruments, there is shortage of working premises and it is a fact that gynecology and stomatology policlinic share the same room.	laboratory

Today this institute works under difficult circumstances. The institute's finances haven't been sound recently , so the building of the institute is pretty dilapidated which can be seen everywhere. [further]
