Those who live in the institute "Small bees" are put into pavilions which are always occupied. There are several beds in each pavilion.

The rooms in which inmates spend most of their time have been renovating but the renovation hasn't been finished yet. On the other hand , sanitary facilities of this Institute are neglected and the renovation of these facilities is one of the projects that is in progress. The kitchen space of the Institute is in good hygienic conditions but the equipment is under technical standard and there is shortage of kitchen equipment.

The institute "Small bees" is typical example of the institute in which hasn't been invested more than ten years. Unfortunately, there are a lot of similar examples in our country. .
