This institute has been financed insufficiently in recent years, so the infrastructure is in very bad condition. It can be seen everywhere that the buildings are dilapidated and damaged.

Disregarding some structural changes which have been done recently and which have marked new phase in the work of this institute its needs are still urgent and very different , from medical supplies that are necessary in everyday care of inmates till the infrastructure, stomatology policlinic, gynecology policlinic, laboratory and chemist's shop. At present there is only one room which is used by four doctors.
