The
institute "Small bees", Kragujevac employs 279 employees
that work in different services. It is about units whose employees
take part in the organization of this institution,
work with inmates and take care of their health care.

Employees are occupied with general acts, administrative
work, personnel policies, security measures, status of inmates,
they represent inmates in the court and governmental agencies,
make contact with other public welfare centers and humanitarian
organizations.

incude purchase of consumer goods that are necessary for
inmates and employees (food, fuel-coal and wood, medical
supplies, office supplies and other consumer goods). This
department is very important since there are a lot of inmates
who have to
satisfy their daily needs.

Health service Health service does preventive medicine
and therapeutical care
of its inmates. Medical team consists of a general practicionar,
a medical technician, a neuropsychiat-rist and an internist.
Medical specialists-consultants such as: a psychiatrist,
a neuropsychiatrist, an internist, a gynecologist and a
dentist are also engaged.

Department of social workers, special education
teachers and occupational therapists organizes
meetings of inmates with their families. It also organizes
meetings with representatives of public welfare centers,
its employees are occupied with socially-therapeutical
clubs and other forms of group and individual work. An expert
team admits new inmate to the Institute. [needs]

Service that is occupied with food :
There are 23 employed workers in the kitchen which belongs to
the Insitute and they prepare 3000 meals every day. Food is
completely adapted to inmates' needs. Employees take care of
age group, state of health of inmates. They also respect norms
and values described in tables of meals. Some food is produced
on the farms that
belong to the Institute

Today this institute works under difficult circumstances.
The institute's finances haven't been sound recently , so the building
of the institute is pretty dilapidated which can be seen everywhere.
